A typical 1 on 1 session (online) may include:

  • a safe space to be heard and acknowledged

  • identifying key mental barriers around challenges

  • surfacing of suppressed emotions

  • identifying other conscious or subconscious blockages

  • energetic alignment across physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects

  • intuitive guidance with affirmations, habits and mindset changes

All sessions are conducted online, via Google Hangouts.
