Derived from years of leading teams, the programme creates an opportunity for inner reflection through simple prompts and perspective.

I. SENSE OF SELF series

First of the Inner Journey series, we explore the depths of your belief system. This self- facilitated set of worksheets offers you the opportunity to get reacquainted with yourself, discover your centre and establish new ways of finding balance. Each module consists of a one-pager, front and back, offering you prompts and perspective.

  • What narratives are you holding? Exploring the patterns from your past and how that impacts the way you introduce yourself.

  • What roles are at the root of your identity? Exploring your barriers, tension and unintended scope that defines you.

  • What weight do you carry? Exploring the impact of your responsibilities and required fun to create more balance.

  • What gaps do you face, between your true self and who you want to become? Exploring your values as a way to close the gap.

  • What do the voices say at critical points of your life? Exploring your self talk, who it may be, and how to notice when they appear.

  • What cultural context did you grow up in, continuing to affect you in the now? Exploring your upbringing and its impact on your mindset.

  • What emotions are you feeling? Exploring the meaning behind words and key indicators to help you identify them.

  • What is your default method of processing information? Exploring your thinking language and how to decipher others’.

  • What words pierce your heart? Exploring your verbal triggers and how to offer yourself some shield.

  • Who are you? Exploring all the inner work throughout the programme and piecing it together to arrive at your SENSE OF SELF.

While the series is intended as a 10-week programme, it is up to you how long you take – each individual’s growth should be catered to, at their own pace. While momentum is important, it is here to serve you.

We follow a sequential model, where each module builds upon the prior. It is best to work in the order outlined to take advantage of the full offering. However, each module is available to purchase on its own.
