Our Story
Our vision is to support individuals deepen their relationship with themselves, cultivating trust with their inner wisdom. By doing so, we hope to bridge the conscious and subconscious worlds within each of us and across the collective.
Here are five beliefs that underline our offerings:
We don’t know what we don’t know. We are each on our individual journey. All that we experience in this lifetime contributes to how we view the world, our mindsets and perspectives. Yet there is so much more that exists in this world beyond our conscious minds. With open minds, we acknowledge that there is more than one way of thinking without diminishing our individual journey.
Health is heart and mind in alignment. Our world is anchored in a way in which the mind has become the primary axis. Intelligence, knowledge and logic governs the systems and naturally given way to a certain direction for the future. But what if, we’re relying on a faulty axis? Chinese Medicine believes, as humans, we are healthy when mind and heart is in alignment. So much so that it is not separate. Entertain the thought that, perhaps, as humanity we are not healthy when we’re only relying on one leg to stand on.
Following the heart is the key to your destiny. Incarnation means that our soul continues a journey beyond this lifetime. We are place on Earth for a reason, to live out our lessons and mission in any given life. We are here to bring Heaven to Earth, the cosmos to daily life, and live out our highest timeline. And our physical, emotional and energetic body has been equipped with the key. Our hearts, the feeling of joy, passion and love, can lead the way if you let it.
We’re here to grow. Just as nature offers us distinct seasons, our life is also a collection of seasons. Some high, some low, but a continuous cyclical journey of growth. We don’t freak out when the leaves fall in autumn because we have inherent trust that the flowers will bloom in spring. Applying this to our life, we surrender to the fact that we are continuously growing through the emotional highs and lows — its just part of the process.
We each contribute to the collective. Our thoughts create intentions, our intention inform our behaviour, then behaviour becomes our way of interacting with others. Is it lead through fear and hate creating the divide? or are we leading with generosity and compassion? The external environment is the collection of our inner worlds. The very act of working on our selves will be reflected into the world — and it is the least we can do individually to bring about peace and harmony.
